The Role
I have met new colleagues in the company
I have met new colleagues in the company and work with them in some of the project.
I have given support when my line manager is here. However, when has gone on holiday, I do not have enough work and support provide by my colleagues
I was occupied like half of the time. I do not have work to do all day long.
I was given an opportunities to do some daily work like reporting monthly and I was also involved in a project.
My writing and communication skills have been enhanced through practising during the internship
The Company
The general atmosphere is quite intense when deadline approach and calm in normal time.
It is well organised with trainings and induction day. It will be better if we can have more responsible during the 10 weeks.
They have provide trainings on some knowledge on fraud, scams safety, Anti bribery Corruption act etc.
The graduate scheme is quite appealing with 4 rotation. Each rotation is six months. It will be better if travel is subsidized.
The Culture
Yes, colleagues are generally helpful and provide information that I needed.
We are not subsidized on travel. I work far away from home which takes me 2 hour to go to work. the travel expenses are really high.
I have never go out during the intern as it takes me 3.5 hours to travel everyday.
We have been volunteering in local community.
