The Role
Very much - an invaluable experience.
I was never at any point treated any differently than any other member of staff.
My Line Manager was fantastic - always there to give support and advice.
It varied from day to day but mostly very hectic (though not too much).
A lot. It was genuinely normal BP staff member work.
Futher developed my competancies and learned how to apply them in a business environment.
The Company
Relaxed but hardworking.
Fairly well though slightly disorganised on placements, Assessment centre dates and challenger placements. Notifications left till the last minute, e.g. for the assessment centre's only given a weeks notice and travel arrangements left at somewhat of a loose end.
So much additional training - brilliant.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing.
The Culture
The interns had a thriving social scene.
Accomodation was very expensive.
Fair.
Plenty!
