The Role
Great environment, great colleagues, great work and I made friends for life.
colleagues have constantly made me feel valued by positively comment my works or by suggesting implementations or changes (always with a very positive view and never as a criticism).
I have been given time during which I had to start and complete a work independentely. However I never felt ignored or not supported. They have always been there and always made sure I knew what I was doing.
The amount of work has been perfect. Not too much to get sick of it and nor too little for me to get bored. To be honest there have been some few days in which there was not much going on but if you can always ask for more work or for the chance to shadowing someone.
One again I think the balance has been perfect. I felt my colleagues trust me enough to give me a healthy amount of responsability without me been stressed or feeling under too much pressure.
The discipline, the professional attitude towards work and communication with colleague and the ability to plan ahead as well as keep track of the progress made are all very valuable skills for university and beyond. (I'm sure I have learnt many more valuable skills but those are the key ones I can think about now).
