The Role
The project is very interesting.
My colleagues are very warm and friendly. It has been a pleasure working for them.
I was able to perform the project rather independently.
There was a fair amount of work every day but on the whole it is managable.
I took ownership of the project and was given the opportunity to develop it further on my own.
I learned a lot about the commercial aspect of a business and the oil and gas industry.
The Company
Relaxed and friendly.
Well structured with clear objectives.
There were some instances to get me talking to people to train me on communicating and influencing.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Fair, the pay is good but career progression is not great.
The Culture
Yes, the interns were very social.
Fair.
Fair.
A number of activties such as lunch-and-learn.
