The Role
I enjoyed learning and carrying out the work I was given.
My colleagues gave me valuable work and helped guide me along the way.
They were always willing to help me and conducted regular check ups.
Yes I was given tasks on most days, though some days were busier than others.
I believe I was given sufficient responsibility for an intern.
I believe I have developed many skills that I couldn't before at university.
The Company
The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, yet also hardworking.
The internship was generally well organised but information about location, and job placement was quite last minute. Also, the assessment process was not the most coordinated. However, placement itself was well managed.
I believe RBS invests strongly in interns and graduates, which makes it a great place to learn from.
I am excited about the prospects of working with RBS in the future.
The Culture
Yes there was.
Fairly high as it is central London.
Yes there were activities and socials planned.
