  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The experience has been incredible, to say the least.

    • I was given a lot of responsibility and support and felt extremely valued throughout.

    • My team leader ensured that I was more than well taken care of and was approachable for anything and everything.

    • Pretty busy, but in a very good way!

    • It started of rather slowly, but as the team got more comfortable working with me and trusted me, I had a lot of responsibility by the end!

    • Extremely useful - time management, organisation, excel skills, research skills, news searches, professional interaction. The skills I developed are totally transferable and useful in all aspects of life.

    • I don't think I have ever heard of or experience a more well structured internship.

    • There is potential for the internship to be converted into a full-time role.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Yes! I went to a cricket match, garden party, BBQ and may drinks evenings with the team.

    • London is a pretty expensive city....

    • It's in London city, so very happening but not much time to enjoy the night life!

    • Completely - I attended the a run as part of the Rothschild team, used the gym and actually did a lot outside of work.
