The Role
Quite a lot, fun environment to work in. Everyone is really friendly and jumps at the chance to help you.
They treated me like a member of the team and helped me wherever they could.
Whenever I've asked for feedback, I've been given good helpful advice on how to move forward and get better. Helped me why I've been stuck and they've been all round generally nice to us ensuring that everything has been understood.
Quite busy, at some points I felt a bit overloaded and had to hold any incoming messages/calls but otherwise in general it was alright.
Quite a lot of responsibility, given the same experiences as the full time reps. Calling real high up clients from huge big name companies as well as small companies of all statures.
The role was very heavily based around the company Bloomberg and it's system. I don't think I'll be able to use much if anything in the real world for my degree.
The Company
Everyone in the office is always happy in a good mood, will say good morning to you and try and make an effort no matter what!
Organisation was good, it could've been better but it was still pretty good.
They didn't give us the full training that the new hires had but they did give us a decent amount of training however it was for Bloomberg related systems, not much about other stuff.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
They pay very well if you get a job and having the internship under my belt should be helpful.
The Culture
A lot of the other interns were outgoing and were open to inviting others to go out with us to socialise and get to know each other.
Very expensive area and not much choice however it is London and it's similar in most parts of the city.
N/A
