The Role
Very enjoyable. The work was challenging and interesting, and the environment very open and friendly.
I feel like I made a valuable contribution to my team and they have recognized that.
Interactions with management were frequent and I was given daily guidance.
Quite busy, there was a lot of work to do - but never more than could be reasonably handled.
The project was of such a nature such that even if it failed, it would not be a net loss for the team. So I did not feel like I was "running the show".
The technical and soft skills obtained were invaluable, and will definitely be of great help in the future.
The Company
Very open and friendly, sometimes maybe a bit distracting.
Organization was very professional, and the recruitment team were easy to interact with.
They offered a week-long training program as part of the 10-week internship.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I would seriously consider offers for permanent employment.
The Culture
There were plenty of events organized by the company for the interns, so those were good opportunities for social interaction.
Extremely high.
Virtually non-existent as this was a financial district, but from what I hear plenty of good nightlife areas around the city.
London offers endless attractions.
