The Role
Bloomberg assured efficiency and smooth entry into their environment, took care of all aspects including socializing and professional advance.
Everyone was really nice and approachable. They respect what you can contribute with and focus on your strengths.
To the fullest possible.
It was balanced. You can stick to your routine or you can also overperform - matter of choice.
As much as I am ready to take. I took a lot of responsibility and this is what made it interesting.
