    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • A very enjoyable experience with a great team. Social events were organised by the company which gave opportunities to meet other interns. My team gave me real responsibilities, were always responsive to my questions and were always keen to help me. At times there was not much work to do, but I was able to make use of training modules on the online system at these times.

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was given responsibilities by my team and was treated as a part of the team. The team entrusted me to make review and edit papers. The team were keen to hear my opinion on various topics.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My manager was always happy to help me with setting goals and achieving them, although at times she was not always at the same client site as me, which made scheduling catch-ups more difficult.
