  • I always felt valued by my colleagues and not just the ones in my team but also in other department. The culture was amazing as you can speak to different individuals at different levels and you would always be listened to. lIke they always say no question is ever stupid. Each individual sees you as important and treat you like you re a permanent staff rather than just an intern.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I would say i had the right support from both my placement managers. If i ever needed any helped or support i would have to email them and would get an answer and if not i would ask the other colleagues in the team and they were always ready to help. Also my placement managers would always arrange 1:1 meetings with them every 2 days so I tell them any concern i may have or any support needed.
