The Role
An overall enjoyable experience
The reast of the team were a grat help both technically and helping me settle in
Very little - felt that this could have been improved on. Manager was away for at least half of the internship...
Bored in the first few weeks, then a bit busy in the last few weeks. Would have been improved by better supervision.
Plenty of repsonsiblity but not too much pressure
Really useful skills such as presenting and working with others.
The Company
Sometimes a little stressed due to deadlines but lovely people
Most of it was reasonably well set up however some documentation was sent out a little late leaving little time for preparation
Good presentation training - though some seismic training would have been useful at the beginning
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Healthcare from home
Would be good
The Culture
Yes, people went out regularly and had a good work meal
London is too expensive - they need to subsidise housing or travel
Didn't go out much
Some but you had to find them
