The Role
Perfect balance of professionalism with the right amount of banter - very diverse team with impressive results.
Constantly included in email chains, outings, never a negative remark except when making jokes.
Aside from people being on leave during holiday season, every single person more senior was very receptive and attentive.
Fairly busy but was given plenty of freedom on time management - taking the initiative to follow up on projects was key
It was my responsibility to be inquisitive at the start but was given a lot more towards the end
People and language skills = lifetime gain
The Company
Lots of interaction, be it for work or banter. Tons of nibbles going around as well!
HR did a flawless job at onboarding, organising events and even at farewell.
Invaluable speakers sessions, networking events, intensive training, infrastructure.
Company Parties/Events
Great
The Culture
The HR team created tons of events to give everyone a nudge, the second half of the internship just took care of itself.
E14 London, fairly pricey, but the internship pays to enable this.
Many pubs and restaurants open to suit the working life.
YES.
