The Role
It was very challenging! An overall positive experience and would definitly recomment it to those who are eager for new challenges.
Everyone treats everyone like family!
There is a nightly "personal conference" with my manager - only for a few minutes though... not the most helpful, but it was they certainly tried to help.
Extremely busy! Its door-to-door!
I was my own boss in the bookfield - no one told you when to work, when to take a break - it was up to you how much work you wanted to put in.
Attitude and personal skills are at a high, organizational skills are also great!
The Company
I did not work in an "office" environment, it was door-to-door sales. I worked under the sun and through storms.
Very organised - they provide up-to-date information.
Training and development is he company's main focus for its workers - everyone always gets better!
International Travel
Company Parties/Events
It all depends on the person applying! But Southwestern gives everyone a chance.
The Culture
The scene was brilliant! Everyone was really like minded successfull people who are hard workers.
Just the common liveing and socialising cost.
Did not really attend any night life events, although I heard it was amazing.
Only after sunday meeting! we work 7:30 am to 9:30 at night!
