The Role
It was the hardest thing I have ever done, but very worthwhile putting in the effort for all the rewards
An amazing group of people
They are always on hand to offer help on how to improve and get the most from yourself
13 hour working days!
We work as independent contractors so we are basically responible for our entire summer
The things I have learned from the experience are invaluable
The Company
Lots of running around and being silly, makes the job a whole lot more enjoyable
Apart from a few logistical difficulties it was organised very well with training beforehand
A one week "sales school" and unlimited help from your student managers
Almost everyone has the chance to continue and become managers if they have the right attitude and committment
The Culture
Work hard, play hard!
No real free time for socialising during the summer of work.
We did not go out
No. The summer was all focused on work.
