The Role
I really enjoyed my internship and was made to feel very welcome and integrated well into the team.
I felt very valued by my colleagues and made to feel like a part of the team.
Management was good at handing us over to supervisory engineers who then gave tasks.
I was mostly busy however a few days were I didn't have much to do at all.
Some esponsibility but not directly responsible for any outcomes.
I am yet to begin my next year of studies after the internship however I have learnt a lot of skills I didn't have previously
The Company
Really great place to work. Lots of smiles and welcoming people.
Initially not a great set up but as it went along and with some pushing form my part it started to take shape.
Had some training and a lot of one on one help.
Quite appealing. There is an opportunity for sponsorship and to be progressed through the company.
The Culture
Yes. Very good social scene amongst interns. Though we mainly forged that ourselves. There is also a grad and intern society.
Quite reasonable. Ranges from approximately £300 to £500 depending on your location.
Pretty good. A variety of pubs and bars. And clubs.
With working hours being quite good there was quite the opportunity to do a lot outside work.
