The Role
I had a great work-life balance. My performance manager and colleagues are really friendly and supportive. Loved the environment here.
My manager assigned me big tasks that I took ownership of. I felt extremely engaged in the team and encouraged by all people working around me.
I had the best manager I could imagine ever. He was extremely supportive and thoughtful. The way he delivers his value and communicates with other people were inspirational.
We had a great work-life balance. I also enjoyed all the social events after work.
I was creating an internal Stakeholder Map and organising the Project Review Session. I felt really engaged and learned a lot from this placement.
It was absolutely inspirational to see how people around me working and communicating so efficiently. It provided me a great insight. But I think I need to practice and develop my personal skills further to excel at this job.
The Company
Great. I loved all the people I met in the office. Literally everyone. Whenever I asked a question, there would be more than one person that offered me their help. We had great lunch time too. People are all very open and interesting. They took their job very seriously and professionally, but also had lots of fun after work. It was exactly what I was looking for.
It was very well organised overall. My manager and buddy helped me a lot, although the internal communications in different KPMG departments was not as good. When we had a problem or question, it took so much time to ask around to find the right person who had an answer.
Again thanks to my manager, I learned most of my skills from people working around me. The online training was helpful too. I learned a lot technical knowledge from the online course, as well as valuable soft skills from my performance manager. We worked on my "Passport" to check my objectives during this placement. I can't believe I achieved and learned that much within this 4-week internship. I really appreciated it.

I'd love to work here in the future, mostly because of the people and the environment. There are so many interesting people here and so much to learn in the future.
The Culture
We had great fun after work.
It was acceptable.
We were working at the client side. I loved it there.
