The Role
I learnt a lot and felt trusted by other engineers
I felt trusted by them and it was easy to speak to them about queries

It was busy but enjoyable and I felt like I was getting a lot done, I wouldn't have wanted to have less work
I was given a section to work on by myself with my own set of drawings and felt trusted
I learnt a lot about being a site engineer
The Company
Positive atmosphere
Very good
I didn't go on any specific training courses but learnt a lot from the engineers around me
The graduate scheme and ongoing summer placement scheme seems appealing going forward
The Culture
I got on well with the other engineers
London is an expensive area but it was enjoyable working there
I went to the local pub and that was nice enough
