The Role
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience where I got to meet loads of lovely people and take part in very interesting projects.
My colleagues were very helpful and included me in everything.
Everyone was happy to assist me with any work I was asked to do and my manager was very approachable.
I think I had a good balance, I wasn't put under too much pressure but I was given the right amount of responsibility.
I considered my role on some projects quite important and this made me work harder as I had a duty to finish the work and meet a standard.
I have learnt more in my 4 months at Atkins than I can thank them for and have really come along with my CAD skills.
The Company
Relaxed and very welcoming.
Everything was very generic the starting pack and leaving procedures, nothing really placement specific.
They give me time to learn the ropes and let me develop before throwing me into projects.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I am hoping to come back to the company again.
The Culture
Everyone seemed very connected and enjoyed the socials.
I already lived in the area so this didn't affect me.
