The Role
Hard summer coming back for a second year, thought it would be easier but it wasnt. With the right expectations the second summer you learn so much more and make a lot more money.
Recruited my friends and it was awesome
Had a coach to phone almost 24hrs a day, phenomical support
Given a full sechedule then with management on top of selling you are busy working every second you are awake. However prepered for that when i signed up and its great fun and very rewarding doing that.
I recruited, trained and managed my team, 100% of their success was down to me.
cant explain how good the skills you gain are. there is no where else in the world you can gain this experience as a student.
The Company
Book field is a funny place if you make it
Company knows how to do it all, its been around for 150 years.
people will do anything to help you
if you are selected back each year you can keep going and keep growing
The Culture
back at home, plus the friends you meet are for life
host families can be incredible. $40 for a week, plus they would do shopping, laundry etc for us however this isnt usual
didnt expect or want any, if you do this you know you have none for the summer
Once again you know this when you sign up
