The Role
I liked the work but the HR activities where pointless and not well prepared.
The team was very professional and was appreciating my job.
I had the best manager in the world. He didn't interrupt my work but put me on the right trucks.
Normally I would be busy but because of the global change freeze for banks lots of IT projects were suspended for some time.
I was given tasks from different environments - also production. That is really big responsibility which highly affects business.
The way I organize my work would be very useful.
The Company
Very good except the times when they were firing people.
My manager did an amazing job - he requested everything for me. Nevertheless, when I needed sth from HR I had to wait sometimes very long.
The trainings very exceptionally bad, I didn't learn anything during them. And when I wanted to go for a really nice training they didn't allow me.
Good salary but not a creative job. At all.
The Culture
Very artificial. Only few people you could really talk to.
It was fine, I got a discount card.
I don't now.
No and if there were, they were not interesting.
