  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The actual role itself was fantastic, however the Birmingham office isn't in the best location so going to and from work was tricky.

    • VM has a wonderful culture where everyone is valued equally

    • I had an enormous amount of autonomy within my role, but there were appropriate people to ask when needed

    • I had complete control over what I did which led to me having th right amount of work

    • i was offered a fantastic range of training workshops etc. This really helped my personal development.

    • Would be 10 but I feel there is a slight lack of communication between the graduate and intern team and the surrounding depts

    • I was utterly amazed at the amount the my invested in my development

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • No unfortunately I was in the Birmingham office and all the other interns made a long commute from their family homes. Meaning the social scene was limited
