The Role
My job gave me lots of responsibility, which I loved. The porblem was that this responsibility wa son boring, admin work.
I worked away from ym team on a home basis. The main problem was only ever seeing my team 3 times in a year! Unless they called, I felt under valued.
Emails were always sent to see fi I was o, and that I understood my tasks
Varied totally. Sometimes I was veyr busy, while other days I could have only a few hours work.
I never worked on anything high profile. So I did not have much responsibility.
Ive learnt some admin skills, but I dont want to do this with my future career, so It was a waste of time.
The Company
I worked from home, so had no office atmosphere.
IBM was always in contact and helped me with any queries I had.
I had no real training while working at IBM.
Flexi Time
Working from home
In another job role, I would be very interested in working with IBM.
The Culture
No others in Manchester.
Any work parties or meals were fully payed for, including travel
average
few, maybe 4 throughout the year
