The Role
An amazing opportunity to get exposed to several parts of the business, and the work I got to do was actually meaningful and interesting.
You are treated like any other employee, and not merely an intern,
The Company
It was conducive to work, so there were not too many disruptions, apart from the occasional meeting or general banter.
The interns are very well taken care of. The only negative was that the company took a very long time to get back too me with a confirmation of my place
I got to experience many parts of the business, and received much technological training as various external workshops as well.
Flexi Time

National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Will be working for them when I finish my degree next year!
The Culture
There are a lot of interns around, and the company makes sure that we are properly introduced, so we can take it from there. Also, there is a new employee society of over 100 members that runs regular activities.
Aberdeen is quite expensive.
Decent; nothing to boast about, but there is plenty to do if one looks for it.
There are several activities run by the company, but one must look for these opportunities.
