The Role
really enjoyed it
at the start had trouble understanding a lot of what the managers tasked me to do, but by the end felt part of the team went on a lot of socials
my buddy made my experience, sat next to her and she made sure i understood what i was doing and if i was ok the entire 6 weeks
very, often filling out my time card was a hard task as i had done so much over the past week
A lot of responsibility, handling client data, but everything was checked and proof read by the managers
Great amount of skills gained, i feel i know exactly what i need to know for a graduate job there
The Company
very friendly, went out for lunch a lot and everyone liked each other
very well organised, except the last two days in London were pointless, most of the interns just wanted to go home and relax not do more team building at the end of the internship
A lot of time was spent on me from almost every manager, so yes a lot of resources were used up making sure i understood what i was doing and developed through it
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
i have accepted the grad job
The Culture
very good, all the grads on the three year program were close age to myself and all enjoyed getting food and the occasional after work activity
average
not very good, was in Gatwick
there were few
