About You
The programme was incredibly diverse in the the work I was given which made my time thoroughly enjoyable.
Everyone was really supportive. I had a buddy, I was given training despite only being there for 4 weeks and I felt that everyone was approachable.
There were great networking opprotrunities to build you professional network which can lead on to development opportuniteis
The Company
A range of work, events outside of work and training.
-Very Engaging -Professional and Competitive -Industry Specific -Lots of Support
I was very surprised with regards to the level of training I was given for just 4 weeks. This including an induction day to KPMG and two days in London at the Tax Business School.
Tax is hugely diverse and therfore there are bound to be more opportunities within KPMG yet to be discovered.
Where I expressed preferences, these were fulfilled by my performance manager to help me get a greater idea of various services in KPMG.
Everything Else
This is a great taster into what life can be like in one of the big 4. In just four weeks you can see the commitment KPMG puts in to your development which I believe is a stand out factor.
