  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • My Summer Scheme at RPC was incredibly beneficial. I felt like a valued member of the firm from day one.

    • It felt like we were being treated like it was day one of our training contract. All of the partners were also friendly and approachable,

    • My allocated Associate supervisors and Trainee buddy were incredible helpful. They were approachable and gave me constructive feedback.

    • They will be really helpful when I study the GDL.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Really well organised.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • RPC is a really friendly firm. The culture was fantastic and there was always something going on.

    • I was only with the firm for two weeks but the induction and IT training were helpful.

    • 100% we were given real and meaningful work.

    • We were involved with all aspects of the firm. Quiz night, Sports and other social activities. The house system at RPC is also really fun!

    • I already knew that I wanted a career in law. The scheme confirmed this.

    • £300 per week

    • Opportunities for networking almost every day. We took part in speed networking and networking breakfasts and lunches.

    • Social activities with the trainees were fun and well organised.

    • Lots on offer, book club, sports, baking, quiz nights and more
