The Role
The work was nice. I learned tons of new things and the interaction with other engineers was very useful. The social side was not so great, only on lunch walks and nothing more.
I think they appreciated my work and desire to learn and improve.
There was always someone to ask if I had questions, even sometimes they were telling me much more than I was expecting.
Normal working week 40 hours
I was in charge of designing two elements under the supervision of a senior engineer.
Now, when I started specializing, I see everyday most of the things I learned during the summer and know actually why is it like this, or where the stuff in lectures comes from.
The Company
It was chill, but on times too serious. Everyone taken by their tasks.
It was really good organized. Bot too much new stuff, that will overwhelm me, nor too little so I get bored.
There were tons of resources , webinars, training modules, books. It was up to me whether I want to develop or not.
Very appealing once I graduate.
The Culture
Not a lot, we only had chats during lunch walk.
