The Role
The longer I was there and the more I got to know about the company and my colleagues the more I enjoyed it.
I definitely felt valued but the work you are doing for most people isn't the most important therefore you are never going to deserve a great deal of value.
They supported well on the whole, considering how busy most people are.
It would usually be the case where sometimes there is little to do and then others there was loads.
As I gained the trust of my colleagues, the more responsibility I was given.
I am yet to find out but I am confident the whole experience has given be a great foundation to learn from .
The Company
There was a good atmosphere on the whole, with a few laughs to break up the work.
It was very well organised and they were very clear in the plans in which they had mind e.g.a selection of different departmental talks.
Departmental talks and my close colleagues would often sit down with me and go through and explain things that were new to me.
Company Parties/Events
I will try my best to continue a good relationship with the company and hopefully be successful when applying for the grad scheme
The Culture
A fairly good group but even though it was just a month I have made some good friend of which I will keep in touch with in the future.
Admittedly it was very expensive but you can't complain its in one of the best location in the country. Try and make happy hour.
huge amount of variety.
There were a couple of official activities but also a few unofficial activities in which we organised ourselves.
