The Role
Very enjoyable with lots of travel opportunities.
Some projects were very tight knitted whereas others you sometimes felt as you were working independently without much communication with the rest of the team.
My supervisors and manager were always extremely helpful with whatever I approached them with. When I wanted travel opportunities I was given them, when I wanted something more development oriented, I was given it. 10/10 management is extremely helpful in making the most out of your placement.
Varies depending on the project, but overall a very good balance.
I always felt I was contributing to the projects and was valued by my team.
The business and technical skills I developed were significantly more useful than my university experiences. In addition to the exposure of the business world and contacts, I developed technical skills that have made returning to my final year of university significantly easier.
The Company
Extremely good communication from the recruitment team throughout the whole process. Always felt in the loop and what the next steps were.
