The Role
They are all lovely people that work here.
I had two managers which meant I was given two different directions which was confusing. Both were good at giving guidance though, it's a shame it was just different!
I felt I was given too much responsibility, I found it a bit overwhelming considering I didn't even have a degree!
Definitely beneficial.
The Company
The people are nice so the atmosphere was generally good.
Mine was a bit unorganized I felt, though this is probably a result of having two managers and of giving me too much responsibility. I had a few projects whilst I was here, whereas if you have just one it is easier and more organized.
I already had my offshore training though I know they would have paid for it for me if I had not. If you felt that something would be beneficial I would not imagine they would say no.

It is such a large company there is many things to do. You just have to know what it is you want to do, easier said than done.
The Culture
The interns were sociable and the social club for Shell definitely used alot!
Aberdeen is relatively expensive for accommodation, though everything else is fine.
Normal Scottish Northern city.
It is what you make it, Shell didn't offer too many things but if you looked around there is always things to do in a city.
