  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I thought it was an excellently structured scheme which helped us to make the most of our time as a cohort. I would do it again if I had the chance.

    • My comments and contributions to various tasks were fairly assessed and I never felt patronised.

    • I did not request much guidance but I was made aware that it would always be available.

    • Very well structured, each day had a plan.

    • Very friendly.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • We felt the time was invested in us to help us realise more about what makes a good lawyer. There appears to be lots in the way of support structures.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • Initially it was a bit slow due to inductions, but that is par for the course. We had a few days of proper office hours which represented actual work.

    • It was critical as there is no other real way to fairly assess the quality of the firm's culture.

    • It confirmed that this was the firm for me.

    • Plenty including a Wimbledon day and a football match.

    • Very good, nice setting and everyone was highly approachable.

    • A few pieces here and there, but that was not at the forefront of my mind during the scheme.
