The Role
Cushman and Wakefield provided a great platform to learn and have fun while at work. Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming.
I felt extremely valued by my colleagues, demonstrated by the importance of work given to me over the 6 weeks.
I always had someone to speak to about any issues with on-going projects or anything else that may have arisen.
On a daily basis I had a variety of tasks to be getting on with, there was always something to do.
During the internship I was carryout work which was directly going to clients, in addition to going on viewings without a manager. This made me feel valued in my role.
Throughout the 6 weeks I improved on a range of skills which will significantly contribute to my APC and therefore this experience has been extremely beneficial.
The Company
The general atmosphere was a very hard working atmosphere, which provided a very good place to get work complete. On a Friday afternoon however people were keen to socialise which was provided a really nice balance.
The internship set-up was highly organised.
The company invested time of their experienced colleagues to go through aspects of my role that a had little experience in and provided seminars/meetings on a weekly basis that were very helpful.
The future employment prospects are significantly appealing as it has been a great company to work for. They seek to employ internship students which is great.
The Culture
Yes, there were events put on to socialise with the rest of the office.
Yes, there were a variety of activities.
