The Role
Really enjoyable experience, great people and company to work with.
A really fun office - everyone was always helpful and friendly. Felt like a real member of the team!
Perfectly balanced, with some very busy weeks and others that were calmer. It was great to have a mix of in-office and out of office work as well.
We were given amazing levels of responsibility, for example being able to lead on our ow projects, as well as having the freedom to see ideas through to completion. For example, we had a lot of responsibility organising an event in Peterborough, that we will continue to work on until the end of October.
I have already had one interview, my CV has really been pulled up to scratch and I am hoping to have more interviews as a result of this placement!
The Company
A lovely atmosphere, always full of help.
We were given a clear outline of the projects we would work on, but were also invited to work on more tasks as they became apparent within the office.
We were sent on training days to London, as well as being able to learn vital office skills and presentation skills.
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
It is such a popular organisation, I would love to work there if a job came up!
The Culture
We were always invited along to events, but as many in he office worked primarily from home, it was often not possible to travel there.
Low cost area to live as it was a student area.
Leeds as a city has a great nightlife.
We were invited to events with the London interns, but it was not always easy to get down there. We did manage to attend an event in Westminster which was fantastic!
