The Role
I had a lot of fun working at JLR over the summer, everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with.
I was given much more responsibility than I ever expected, which makes the work you do feel very important to the company.
Regularly given feedback.
Quite busy and never bored, but the work is usually done at your own pace.
Large amount of responsibility. Worked on 3 different projects and presented to senior management multiple times.
The skills I learnt will help me very much in my final year at University and also wherever I decide to work in the future.
The Company
Very friendly.
Projects organised before you arrive and various milestones set.
Invested a lot.
Very appealing would definitely recommend.
The Culture
We all stayed at the same student accommodation.
Subsidised by JLR.
It was decent.
Could have been better.
