The Role
Got on great as a team, I was welcomed from the very first day and told I would be missed once i'd gone!
It varied- some days were stupidly hectic and other days were quiet. But there was a good balance generally to get all the tasks done etc.
I was doing the same as the assistant manager pretty much- my colleagues had great respect for me and so trusted me with many things.
The Company
It was very relaxed and easy to work in.
It was fairly well organised; some weeks better than others.
The first two days we were at Head Office and we were looked after very well; taken out for lunch and dinner, as well as being out up in a hotel. However I would have liked some travel reimbursements for the assessment centre/ interview as I travelled there a fair few times.
Company Car
Company Parties/Events
I would have no problem returning to Enterprise, however I don't have any desire to stay in the Midlands and to work in a local branch; I would be more interested in a post that was London based/ European based.
The Culture
We all went out a couple of times during the 12 weeks.
I lived at home with my parents, so there wasn't really a cost from that side of things. However I wouldn't have liked a longer commute as fuel prices are now becoming horrendous!
Wolverhampton doesn't particularly leave much to be desired! But it wasn't about the local nightlife.
Yes of course!
