The Role
It was interesting
I often felt valued especially by my managers
On client site in particular I worked closely with my seniors which helped us to communicate often
Very busy especially during January to May
More responsibility that I had imagined
Having experiences to draw on gives my degree more relevance
The Company
Friendly and welcoming
There was poor communication to us and a low budget for events
Had a few training programmes and undertook time at college to study
Working from home
Was offered a graduate role
The Culture
Yes people regularly went out for work drinks etc
Very high as I was in London, a higher salary would have been much easier
Plenty of clubs and bars in London
Yes but they weren't advertised much
