The Role
I hade a great time working at Softwire. Lots of fun and challenging task. Very nice environment to work in.
Being not a very big company, we know each other and made good friends here. I felt like a permanent employee rather than an intern.
It is always someone there to help if you have question. They have helped me a lot and have learnt lots of things there.
The working hours are really flexible and you have challenging and different tasks so you can't really get bored.
I was responsible of the code I was writing and they have a nice system when someone reviews your code so the code will have a good quality.
It helped me a lot and gained valuable experience. I have practised my skills from university and gained some others. It is for sure a nice experience that will help me a lot in the future.
The Company
It is really funny and they have lots of morale events. They know how to have fun.
They like to have everything organized so anyone could quickly catch up on any project. And code is usually easy to understand,
I have been given training and help whenever I have needed it.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The company is fastly growing so it is a good place to work in.
The Culture
I have made friends with the other colleagues and had lots of fun together.
It is london, so not the cheapest place,... but not too expensive. I think is good for London.
It is not a student party area, but fun!
Lots of activities with the company. 1 or 2 a week in average.
