The Role
I really enjoyed this internship. I liked the company, the people and the other interns. Felt like I learnt a lot and gained valuable experience.
Felt valued by my colleagues, always interested in what I had to say and ready to help if a problem came up.
Always given support and guidance by my managers.
Only negative about the whole experience was that I frequently felt I did not have enough to do the majority of the time.
Given a fair amount of responsibility, more than I thought I would be given.
The Company
Fun and friendly
Everything about it is super organised, from the application/interview process right through until the last day.
Really invested in our personal training and development, things like mentors/buddies, cv and presentation workshops and team building workshops.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Would definitely want to work here again
The Culture
I really got a long with the other interns in my department, however some of the 'intern socials' felt a little forced.
The cost of living and socialising in London is really high, however the local area isn't the most expensive and people were happy to point out cheaper places for us. Also some discounts in certain places.
Nightlife is really good.
