The Role
The placement was very well structured and was given a lot of oppurtunities throughout the year
All colleagues treated me as a full time employer and helped with any problems I had
I was given support by all managers and mentors
At times I was given lots of work to do but the majority of the time I was given the perfect amount of work
I was given a lot of responsibility, being given a project to manage and take charge of
The skills I have developed during my placement will assist me for future careers
The Company
At times it was quiet but was mainly fun
The placement was very well structured
Due to cut backs in the NHS funding was not available to go on training courses
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Working as a graduate directly with the company is not very likely although coming back and working as a contractor is more than likely
The Culture
There were regular team and company events throughout the year
Living costs were quite expensive as I was based in a city centre location
Newcastle has got the best nightlife!
There were many different oppurtunities that you could get involved with
