About You
I enjoyed it very much, especially the different ways you could connect with the current trainee during different activities. It was also quite easy to immediately socialise with the other visitors.
I enjoyed that I just ended up in the middle of the trainees during lunch and casually discussed topics such as karaoke skills. I talked for a bit with an associate and while he seemed very interested I never felt questioned in a negative way.
it was like someone held my hand all the way through the end.
Other than the negatiation game (including feedback) and the presentations, this might not extremely applicable.
The Company
Impressive, especially given that most people volunteered their hours/day are most likely to be extremely busy
Great. You could tell however, that most visitors where slightly nervous.
I think they've done a great job with the little time they had (one day only)
It clearly reflected everything I experienced while working for the same company in a different country.
It ensured me that joining the firm was a good idea (and that not only the Frankfurt office was the only decisive factor)
Everything Else
People with travel costs where. I didn't have any (other than my bus fare so didn't claim any)
I have met several people with different job titles at different stages of the day.
It was one big day of networking
Their charity support, their parties, the gym and their client placement
yes!
