The Role
Varied role, and given many opportunities
General office politics, and a lack of change in the office meant that it was difficult to start, but is now great.
Very supportive Line Management
Very busy all the time, but managable with a few extra hours
Supportive Line Manager trusted me lots and gave me varied responsibiltys.
100% focused now. Time management increased, and more confident

Very quiet, and work orientated office, but we got on well
Poor communication though the university
