About You
I enjoyed it very much and everyone is very nice and friendly. I got a deeper understanding of different divisions in Barclays through the insight week.
I felt valued most of the time not only by the recruiters but also my 'colleagues'. Everyone respects each other and this is exactly one value of Barclays.
I received a lot of support from Barclays not only on the technical knowledge but also soft skills.
I developed stronger soft skills and all of this will help me in my future career.

It was very well structure and the timetable is very organised.
