  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Extremely well planned. The activities were kept refreshing and interesting.

    • Barclays has shown me that of all the banks it clearly cares the most about its core values.

    • There was no shortage. HR was always on hand to answer questions, as well as all of the bankers.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Not really so much in my degree as i study engineering, but soft skills and financial awareness have definitely improved and will help in my career search .

    • Well structured, no real major issues here

    • Everyone is in your position and is ready to learn and help so that was very comforting.

    • The firm brought in amazing speakers for leadership and persuasive speaking, as well as industry seniors.

    • Unfortunately the work shadowing was not very characteristic of actual work. Also the chinese wall prevented us from really seeing what goes on in banking
