About You
It was amazing. Time flies so fast that I did not realise I've already come to the last day. Each talk is educational and insightful!
I can always feel valued, people at Barclays are always encourage and support each other.
A bunch! Now I have had a deeper understanding of this industry and confirmed that which division I am most interested in. Thank Barclays for giving me the opportunities to net work with senior managers, listening their stories, and guiding me in every minute.
There are lots of interactive activities during spring week. I learned how to work within a team better, I developed my networking skills. Most importantly, after absorbing all the knowledge in this industry, I finnally found my career way and decided to be stick at it.
The Company
It was well-organised and comprehensive, each division was covered. There are two work-shadowing helping me know more about marketing and risks.
Good. everyone is enthusiastic, friendly and positive. I love the working environment here!
