About You
I enjoy a lot about the insight, the loads of information, the exposure to different functions, the opportunities to network and to observe the work as well as the opportunity to interview for summer internship. The insight is comprehensive and interactive, though the schedule is a bit crammed to accommodate all different functions.
HR and the recruiters care much about spring interns and we get the opportunity to listen to and to speak with some managing directors and other senior staffs in the company. I'd say I feel myself valued during the insight.
Loads of guidance and supports are available during the program. We have access to the event app on which we can see the full agenda, recruiters and other spring interns and to post feelings or ask any questions. The communication prior to the program was very helpful and comprehensive.
The information will not necessarily assist my future academic path but the activities done and the skills developed in terms of leadership, teamwork will definitely help me succeed in future careers and studies.
The Company
The insight has a clear and good structure, despite the schedule being a bit crammed.
The general atmosphere is absolutely great. Everyone is friendly and nice. No malicious competition at all.
I think the company invests a lot considering this is just an insight program for 1st year students.
It provides enough information but I'd say I'd have more understanding about full time role if I had been assigned some real tasks.
The company's culture is everywhere.
As I mentioned the insight provides very detailed information about roles within the group function, but I'd say I need more experiences, which one insight program is impossible to provide, to decide my future career path.
Everything Else
I'd say there are TOO many opportunities to network.
The networkings were intense but nice and insightful.
No.
Yes I will.
