The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Caterpillar in Peterlee.
I got on really well with my colleagues, they became not only my teammates, but my friends.
We had meeting every 2 weeks to discuss progress and meetings every morning to speak about any issues the site was having.
It varied, from Extremely busy to fairly busy.
Some days i was presented with tasks that required a vast amount of responsibility.
I was working with one of my team mates here who was helping me with CCNA and Network Certs.
The Company
It was a brilliant atmosphere everywhere on site, from the office to the shop floor, i looked forward to going in everyday.
Very organised. Working with different teams was clearly planned. And Set out well.
They did their best to help improve my skills. Using skills soft to improve skills and Caterpillar University.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Very appealing, Thoroughly enjoyed my time here would 100 percent consider a future here.
The Culture
Yes we communicated on a regular basis and i became friends with a few of them outside of work.
Reasonable.
Newcastle is bar far the best in the UK.
I play rugby for a local team near where work is based.
