About You
Good. I enjoyed it a lot. I thought it was very well prepared and gave a great insight into the bank. I wish it were a little longer.
I felt very valued especially as only 23 people were picked. I was expecting a large amount of people to have been picked. The company looked after me very well and gave great advice on actually getting a future job or internship there.
Lots. Everything was explained very well and lots of questions were able to be asked. The bank suppprted us through every step.
This has left me feeling great and a much clearer idea of what I want to do with my career.
The Company
Very well structured. It was clearly organised very well and flowed perfectly. It was long days but you got a lot out of it.
Good. The people who had been picked all wanted to learn and so t was a very friendly atmosphere.
I think they gave us some great advice and the next steps to follow in order to secure a job. I don't think we were invested in but certainly guided very well.
As there was such a broad range of speakers and actual graduates talking, it gave us a great insight into what it's like to work there.
A lot better understanding. We learnt tonnes about the culture and it really changed my idea of the actual culture within banks.
Very. It has helped me change my future career plan and given me a clearer idea of what I would like to do.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were paid but not accodmation. Nearest hotel was around £70 a night.
Loads every day. We were even invited to a networking event to network with young graduates within the bank. Brilliant!
Very good! We had food and drinks provided and could talk very easily to other graduates now working at the bank.
Loads. Especially things we didn't know like society's, sports and charity work.
Defiantly and if I could apply to more again I will!
