About You
Overall really well structured with opportunity to work shadow specific devisions. Really warm introduction from different speakers and depends on choice of division, you will receive workshops and trading games run by industry experts as well as GTPs.
The most amazing thing about UBS has been its culture. People at UBS generally treats you as part of the team and seniors are willing to take time to give insightful presentation based on their expertise. The junior talent team supports you throughout the week and overall I feel very welcomed.
Detailed schedule provided at the start with constant support from the junior talent team.
