About You
The Insight was a very helpful and structured programme to help me gain a very sophisticated overview of the divisions that make up banking here. It was lovely networking with people and gaining skills from workshops.
I felt extremely valued, people were extremely friendly and liked the human dimension that was very tangible at the bank.
The Junior Talent team was very supportive and helpful in helping us understand the logistics of the programme and how to maximise the skills and knowledge gained each session.
I gained analytical and communications skills which would help me in articulation of ideas, projects, and presentations.
The Company
There was a nice division between workshops, skill sessions, and talks by senior bankers.
People were extremely friendly, the Talent team were more than happy to help us out throughout the programme, and I gained a very positive view of the bank.
People were extremely friendly and I developed a very good insight into the culture at UBS, in which people and ideas are highly valued.
The informative talks made me realise banking is the place to be to launch my career.
Everything Else
I really enjoyed the networking lunches and the informative talks, which helped me realise the different pathways people take through school and careers which ultimately led to investment banking.
I learnt about volunteering and charity work the firm engages in.
